SELECTION

The summer school is open to Bachelor students (in the last 2 years of their study program) and to Master students. 20 students will be selected from all applicants of each university's partner to the summer school.

SELECTION PROCESS

Selection is made through document screening and an interview.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

The applicants must submit the documents in the application form.

CRITERIA

  • Motivation letter – 30 points;

  • Extracurricular activities – 30 points;

  • CV – 40 points.

Motivation Letter - The motivation letter is expected to support the applicants’ desire to join the course in a clear and concise style.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE APPLICATION RESULTS

The announcement for the applicant will be made by email.

In order to ensure the transparency of the funds used from the European Union budget, participation in DEMO Summer School is conditional on:

  • Assuming your participation during the entire DEMO Summer School, except in cases of force majeure.
  • Your agreement to be photographed and filmed during DEMO Summer School and the agreement that these materials are published for purposes related to the promotion and dissemination of the results on social media, without however affecting the personal or institutional image (except in justified cases where you are expressly requested not to appear in these materials).
  • The agreement to process and process your personal data in order to organize DEMO Summer School and the communication related to it.
  • Your agreement to be contacted by the email or phone that you provided in the Registration form, by the organizers of DEMO Summer School or by possible auditors.
  • Agreement to have your name published on the DEMO Summer School page upon completion of the selection process.
